About Kelly Williams

Real Estate is my passion, and though I started in the mortgage industry, I knew I wanted to be on the front lines to serve people as they make one of the largest investments in their lives. At a young age I was immersed in the Real Estate arena as my parents founded and ran a very successful mortgage company. At 16, I began working with them, and this valuable experience allowed me to see and understand all aspects of the mortgage process. This exposure, in conjunction with my extensive knowledge of the home buying and selling process, allows me to offer my clients a unique perspective when I'm educating them on what to expect when they buy or sell. I also have experience in managing properties for rent, short term rentals and flips. I define my role as educating and guiding clients every step of the way, ensuring they have a great experience while understanding the ins and outs of buying and selling a home. I love seeing and keeping up with new housing trends and sharing all I can with my clients when it comes to all things home! From renovation to decorating trends, new construction design, exterior spaces and more, I'm in the know!
